The Law Office of Richard J. Morrisroe was formed in 2017 after its predecessor firm, Morrisroe Hebert LLP, was wound down in 2017. Former partners Richard J. Morrisroe and Daniel J. Hebert started their firm in downtown Buffalo, New York in 2012, one week after being admitted to the New York State Bar. It was a general practice that had cases and clients from Chautauqua County, Erie County, Niagara County and Genesee County. Daniel opened its 2nd office in Utica, New York in 2013, which served Central New York for several years. The Law Office of Richard J. Morrisroe launched in the same 43 Court Street location as the original partnership and expanded when it took over the office of attorney John Kuzdale and his late father, Edwin Kuzdale, in the Chadwick Bay Building at 314 Central Avenue in Dunkirk, New York in 2018.
